Ideas gain power when they’re shared, tested, and reimagined.
This space gathers my contributions across media, publications, and speaking engagements — each one an invitation to think differently about healing, belonging, and the futures we can design with care.

I design and facilitate experiences that:
Ignite new thinking about the future of wellbeing, systems change, and intergenerational impact.
Make space for honest, nuanced dialogue about our biggest challenges.
Equip people with practical tools and frameworks they can start using immediately.
From intimate workshops to international summits, I bring a blend of systems and design thinking, relationality, and storytelling to spark dialogue and inspire action.
Whether you’re hosting a global conference, a community dialogue, or an internal strategy retreat, my approach centers dignity, trust, and shared humanity. I adapt each engagement to meet the needs of your audience, ensuring participants leave not only inspired but also equipped to carry ideas forward.
Key themes I cover in speaking engagements:
Jumping Off Points (Themes I Cover): From reimagining civic futures to restoring intergenerational wellbeing, my work explores how we design for dignity, trust, and belonging. I bring a lens that spans trauma-informed systems change, narrative strategy, and participatory research—while diving into the big questions of our time: How can imagination become a tool for changemaking? What does humane technology look like in practice? How do Gen Z insights reshape civic life now and in the future?
Along the way, I’ve worked across themes like youth innovation, social change, digital wellbeing, social ecological resilience/ecological belonging, and The Journey Framework — all toward building futures grounded in shared humanity.
