What I’m Building

Through my independent practice, I’m exploring how to support civic imagination, community-based storytelling, and relational design for a more connected future.

What I believe

I believe care is infrastructure. That imagination is strategy. That healing and systems change aren’t separate —

but inseparable.

What I’m Doing Now

As a human-centered designer and narrative strategist, I help transform insight into action—through workshops, frameworks, and participatory design with organizations and communities.

A Journey Rooted in Care and Complexity

From trauma research to learning ecosystems, my path has spanned global policy, wellbeing, and social innovation. I collaborate across disciplines to make complexity feel actionable.

Rooted in research. Moved by meaning.

Guided by systems of belonging.

From Neuroscience to Systems Change

The question that has always driven me:
What helps people — and communities — truly flourish? What began as an academic fascination with the brain soon expanded into a systems-level inquiry into belonging, healing, and change.

Personal Principles

Imagination as Praxis — I believe imagination is not a luxury, but a tool for systemic and personal transformation.

Intergenerational Wisdom — I root my work in honoring what came before and designing for what comes after.

Relational Infrastructure — I believe the quality of our systems depends on the quality of our relationships.

Complexity is a Feature, Not a Flaw — I design with—not around—complex systems.
